THAI STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS

oz chicken/beef/turkey tenderloin; Tofu
- 1
1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2
teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4
tablespoon cilantro
- 1
1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoon brown sugar
Stir-Fry
- 1
½ c (12 oz) green onion (chopped)
- 12
broccoli florets
- 16
slices yellow peppers
- 1
cup bean sprouts
- 2
cups snow peas
- 1
celery stick (sliced)
- 8
cherry tomatoes
- 12 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- (salt)

PREPARATION
1.
Combine beef marinade in a non-reactive bowl, add
beef and marinate for 2 hours. Grill (marking on both sides) and let cool for
10 minutes. Slice steak into ½-inch slices. Sauté vegetables together. Add
steak to grilled vegetables and serve.
