SUPREME RECIPE OF THE WEEK:THAI STIR-FRY



THAI STIR-FRY
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz chicken/beef/turkey tenderloin; Tofu
  • 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon brown sugar
Stir-Fry
  • 1 ½ c (12 oz) green onion (chopped)
  • 12 broccoli florets
  • 16 slices yellow peppers
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 celery stick (sliced)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  •  12 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • (salt) soy has salt go light on salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
1.                  Combine beef marinade in a non-reactive bowl, add beef and marinate for 2 hours. Grill (marking on both sides) and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice steak into ½-inch slices. Sauté vegetables together. Add steak to grilled vegetables and serve.
