SUPREME RECIPE OF THE WEEK: 
POMEGRANATE SALSA
Pomegranates can help you drop pounds by revving your calorie burn and curbing cravings.


                  POMEGRANATE SALSA

SERVES  4
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup goji berries (available at health-food stores)
1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup diced cantaloupe
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 whole-grain tortilla chips

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients except chips. Cover and refrigerate until goji berries are plump, 1 hour. Serve with chips.

THE SKINNY:
