SUPREME RECIPE OF THE WEEK: ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH!!



ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

- 20oz Butternut Squash (bought cut up and diced after)
-5 shallots cut small
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-toss in olive oil, sea salt and pepper
- 400 degrees 40 minutes
- remove
- add chopped parsley, goat cheese and roasted walnuts.
